Your questions, answered.
Can my image be the entire banner?
Yes. Choose “My image is the whole banner.” Use Match banner to photo to select the closest supported size, keep the entire image with possible borders, or fill the current banner and adjust the crop. Nothing is stretched. You can add text or other images afterward.
Can I move the words and choose my own colors?
Yes. Select text, photos or shapes to move, resize, rotate, recolor, duplicate and arrange them. Choose from six typefaces, add outlines, and use any full-color combination. Color choices do not increase the price.
What if my photo is too small?
The studio shows image resolution at the actual print size. Below 150 PPI, it flags the image for review. A higher-resolution original or a smaller photo area can help. We contact you if a change is needed before printing; enlarging pixels alone does not restore detail.
Which size should I choose?
Choose height and width from all 40 standard combinations. Use Rotate 90° to swap sides, or Match banner to photo for the closest image proportions. The exact width and height appear below the canvas and in your review. For a size outside the menu, call or email us before ordering.
Does our school or church need a quote first?
Email sales@sitto.com with the size, quantity, material, artwork and event date. We can help you review the request before checkout. If your organization requires a purchase order or tax-exempt purchase, contact us first so we can confirm the process and any documentation.
What happens after I order?
Your design and proof are attached to the order for our team to review. After artwork review, we submit your banner for printing and direct delivery. If there is an artwork or timing question, we contact you first.
Will it arrive before my event?
Tell us the event date and confirm timing before ordering for a deadline. Production and transit depend on artwork readiness, location, and holidays. A requested date is not a delivery guarantee.
Which files can I use?
The studio accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images and its own saved editable designs. Transparent PNG is useful for logos. Email us about PDFs, vector files, very large files, or artwork requiring a separate review. Use images you own or have permission to print.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact sales@sitto.com or 248-399-0111 as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether printing has started. If something arrives damaged or appears incorrectly printed, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos so we can review it.
