1. Website Ownership & Identity

Banners America is a banner storefront operated by Sitto Industries, Inc., at 44731 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac, MI 48341, United States. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Banners America. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and notices stated here.

Customer service: sales@sitto.com | 248-399-0111. Our team reviews artwork before production. An independent production partner prints, finishes and ships approved orders directly to customers. A shipment may identify Sitto Sign Company as the sender.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Our original website materials and third-party artwork have different rights. Our original text, branding and site design are subject to applicable intellectual-property protections. We do not claim exclusive ownership of public-domain or third-party artwork. Public-domain and openly licensed artwork remains governed by its stated status or license; see the source and attribution information for the relevant artwork.

  • Use of our original materials requires applicable permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and license terms.

3. User-Submitted Content & Artwork

When you upload, submit, or send artwork, logos, or graphics to Banners America for custom printing:

  • You guarantee that you own the rights to, or have explicit legal permission to use and print, the provided intellectual property.

  • Banners America reserves the right to refuse any printing order that we believe violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws, or contains offensive or unlawful material.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Banners America against any legal claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from trademark or copyright infringement related to user-submitted artwork.

4. Limitation of Liability

Banners America sells custom printed vinyl banners, with production and fulfillment handled by an independent production partner. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

  • Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We work with an independent production partner and third-party carriers; we cannot be held legally liable for transit delays, carrier service failures, or missed event deadlines caused by third-party delivery logistics.

5. Product & Color Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our standard 13oz and heavy-duty 18oz vinyl banners as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, Banners America cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will perfectly match the physical printed banner. Minor variations in color calibration do not constitute a product defect.

6. Governing Law

This Legal Notice and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which our primary business operations are registered.

7. Changes to This Notice

We reserve the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
