Using Banners America

Banners America is the online banner store of Sitto Sign Company. These terms apply to our website, design studio, and custom banner orders. Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy also apply. Contact sales@sitto.com or 248-399-0111 for help.

Who can order

You may use the store to design and purchase banners for personal, school, church, organization, event, or business use. The person placing an order must be an adult authorized to make the purchase and to provide the artwork and information submitted. If you order for an organization, you must have its permission. Keep account details secure and provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Purchase orders, credit terms, tax-exempt purchases, and special arrangements require confirmation from our team before ordering.

Your artwork and permissions

You retain your rights in the original artwork and photos you upload. You give Banners America and the service providers involved in your order permission to store, reproduce, format, proof, print, and deliver that content only as needed to prepare and fulfill your order, provide support, and maintain required business records. Uploading a design does not give us permission to use your personal artwork or photos in advertising; we will request that permission separately.

You must own your content or have the permissions required to reproduce it, including any applicable copyright, trademark, image, and privacy permissions. A customer upload or proof approval does not establish those rights. Do not submit unlawful content or files containing malicious code. We may request evidence of permission, ask for replacement artwork, or decline a design we cannot fulfill. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will provide a refund for the unfulfilled order.

Designs, proofs, and print quality

Check all words, spelling, colors, cropping, image placement, physical dimensions, material, quantity, and event details before approving your preview. Whole-image fit and edge-to-edge crop produce different results. Low-resolution images may look soft at banner size. Screen colors and printed colors can differ; we do not promise exact screen-to-print color matching.

Every order is subject to human artwork review before printing. Review may identify technical problems, but it is not a guarantee that every spelling, content, or design error will be found. We will contact you if a revision or clarification is needed. Material changes to the approved artwork require your approval before printing. The Return and Refund Policy explains changes, cancellations, production errors, and damaged orders.

Illustrated mockups show design ideas and settings. They are not photographs of completed customer orders or proof of material performance. The product specifications and selected options describe what you are buying.

Prices, payment, and acceptance

The price, quantity, material, shipping selection, and tax treatment shown at checkout govern your purchase. Full-color printing does not add a color surcharge to the displayed banner price. Standard delivery is included only for the destinations described in our Shipping Policy. Prices may change for future orders.

Payment is collected through Shopify checkout. An automated receipt confirms receipt of your order; production follows payment verification and artwork review. If an error, unavailable option, or other issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you to agree on a correction or provide a refund. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a different banner without your agreement.

Production, delivery, and cancellations

Banners are custom printed after review and are shipped by our production partner. A shipment may identify Sitto Sign Company as the sender. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. An event date is a request, not a delivery guarantee unless we expressly confirm that commitment.

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, delivery estimates, tracking, delays, and available cancellation rights. Our Return and Refund Policy explains changes before printing and remedies for defects, damage, or incorrect items. These policies control if a general statement on the site conflicts with them.

Studio templates and website content

You may customize the templates provided in our studio and use them for banners purchased from Banners America, including banners for your organization or business. This permission does not transfer ownership of our website, software, trademarks, or template assets, or allow selling them as a separate template library or software product. Third-party content remains subject to its owner's rights. Keep a downloaded copy of important designs; browser storage may be cleared or unavailable on another device.

Feedback and optional services

You may send suggestions about improving the store. We may use those suggestions without an obligation to pay for them. Customer artwork, private photos, order files, and private support correspondence are not public feedback and are handled as described above and in our Privacy Policy. Published reviews must be honest and must disclose any relevant incentive. Third-party links and optional tools have their own terms; their availability does not establish our endorsement.

Relationship with Shopify

Banners America is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Banners America. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Banners America, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Banners America, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Responsible use and your rights

Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's information, or use the Services unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse. We aim to provide a reliable studio but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right, warranty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. The specific commitments in our product descriptions and published order policies remain in effect. Michigan law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated date and any notice required by law; changes do not remove rights attached to an order already placed.
