Designing your banner

Can my image fill the entire banner?

Yes. In the Banner Studio, choose “My image is the whole banner.” Keep the whole image with possible borders, or choose Fill banner and adjust the crop. Images are never stretched. You can add text and other layers afterward.

Can I move words and change colors?

Yes. Move, resize, rotate, duplicate and arrange text, photos and shapes. Choose from six typefaces, add outlines, and use any full-color combination. Colors and fonts do not increase the price.

Which files can I upload?

JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 25 MB, plus editable designs saved by this studio. Transparent PNG works well for logos. Contact us about PDFs, vector artwork, complex scripts or larger files. You must own or have permission to print the artwork.

What if my photo is too small?

The studio checks image resolution at the actual print size and flags images below 150 PPI for review. Use the highest-resolution original you have. A smaller image area may help; enlarging pixels does not restore detail.

Size and material

What sizes are available?

Choose a standard size by its short and long sides, then choose landscape or portrait. Exact printed width and height appear below the canvas and in your proof. Availability is checked when ordering. For a size or finish outside the menu, call or email before ordering.

What is the difference between 13 oz and 18 oz?

Both are full-color vinyl scrim. 13 oz is our premium everyday material; 18 oz is the heavier option. Weight is measured per square yard. Standard studio orders are single-sided with welded edges and grommets. Hanging hardware is not included.

Ordering and delivery

What happens after checkout?

Your production file, approved preview and editable design reach our team with your Shopify order. We review the artwork and contact you if anything needs attention. After review, our production partner prints and ships your banner directly to you. Your shipment may show Sitto Sign Company.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is included in our banner prices within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Contact us before ordering to another destination. Applicable tax appears at checkout. See the shipping policy.

Will my banner arrive before my event?

Confirm timing with us before ordering for a deadline. Event dates entered in the studio are requests, not guarantees. Production begins after payment and artwork review; transit depends on destination and shipping conditions.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately. Changes and cancellation depend on whether printing has started. See our returns and changes policy. For damage or printing concerns, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos.

Will you use my photo in advertising?

Permission to print does not give us permission to use your artwork in marketing. Design files are attached to your Shopify order and anyone with an attachment link can access the file. Read our privacy policy.
